We were the 20 something,
Impatient and full of energy..

Were Looking forward to make a difference,
To ourselves as well as the society..

We started with unbrindled joy and excitement,
For a new Innings in a new environment..

The place of our dreams,
Where all our dreams would be a reality..

Lots of preconceived notions,
To set off a life in perpetual motion..

Some years down the line,
It all looks bleak and unlike..

Lots of illusions and less reality..
With excitement waning down recursively..

The car of our dreams,
Crashed with the stone of unseen..

Let there be a new dawn,
Which will set off a ray of hope..
